The following terms and conditions (“booking conditions”) form the basis of your contract with

Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
In these booking conditions, “you” and “your” means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them, as the context requires and “lead name” means the person who makes the booking. “We”, “us” and “our” means Hongrie Voyage Kft.
Choosing Your Holiday
We hope that your holiday made by Hongrie Voyage Kft. will live up to your expectations so it is very important that you choose the right holiday for you. We are always happy to advise and give you professional opinion.
Bookings
Hongrie Voyage Kft. considers a bound contract to have been formed upon the agreed deposits exchanged between the client and Hongrie Voyage Kft. This comes into existence when Hongrie Voyage Kft. has received at least 20% deposit of the total booking and issues a confirmation. Hongrie Voyage Kft. reserves the right to refuse or decline any booking without further explanation. The deposit may vary according to the event, service or accommodation being booked and the length of time between the confirmation of the event and the event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Availability
All products offered are subject to availability. Confirmation of availability is not valid until received in writing by Hongrie Voyage Kft. Confirmation of a booking can then only be guaranteed on receipt of full or part payment of the event.
Payment
Payment may be made via bank transfer, cash, Paypal and all major credit cards. Paypal is subject to a 3.6% surcharge. Credit cards are subject to a 1.8% surcharge. All payments via bank transfer must be made in euros and exclusive of any bank charges. In the event of errors or omissions in a proposal or where an increase is changed by a change in circumstance, Hongrie Voyage Kft. reserves the right to amend quotes prices with notice given to the client.
Cancellation
Clients can cancel at any time, and the cancellation will come into effect as soon as Hongrie Voyage Kft. receives a written request from the client. In the case of cancellation less than 5 days after the booking no cancellation fee shall be applied. In the case of cancellation of more than 30 days prior to the event the cancellation charge shall be 20% of the total cost. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to the event shall incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost. Cancellation with less than 15 days before the event shall be charged 100% of the total cost. In the case of cancellation of part of the group then the same cancellation charges will apply on a pro-rata basis. In the case of group sizes being reduced from the original booking Hongrie Voyage Kft. reserves the right to cancel the booking or change the price according to the number of participants.

Should above deadlines not to be adhered to Hongrie Voyage Kft. has the right to release space automatically.
- Cancellation Fees

- General cancellation policy
- 30 – 21 days prior to arrival – 25 % of the total amount.
- 21 – 14 days prior to arrival – 50 % of the total amount.
- 14 – 10 days prior to arrival – 75 % of the total amount.
- 10 – 07 days prior to arrival – 90 % of the total amount.
- From 7 days prior to arrival – 100 % of the total amount.
- Rooming list and meal arrangements
Should be available 14 days prior to arrival at the latest.
Insurance
We strongly advise bookings should not be made without adequate personal insurance. It is the responsibility of the client to have adequate travel and accident insurance to cover a minimum, but not limited to, the following: all medical expenses, including treatment, transport, and evacuation; repatriation expenses; loss or delay of luggage; and cancellation or curtailment of a product. The clients insurance should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking and for the full duration of the product. Hongrie Voyage Kft. does not accept liability on the client´s behalf in circumstances where Hongrie Voyage Kft. has provided a product of reasonable standard. A client and his personal belongings are the client’s sole responsibility. It is also the sole responsibility of the person booking to inform and make sure all members of their party have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Liability
The client agrees to pay for any damages caused by the client to the facilities or equipment of Hongrie Voyage Kft., their employees, and any third parties that provide services for Hongrie Voyage Kft.
Transportation
Hongrie Voyage Kft. accepts no responsibility for participants failure or late showing for any transport booked with Hongrie Voyage Kft. In the event of a client being delayed Hongrie Voyage Kft. will endeavor to wait, however Hongrie Voyage Kft. cannot be held responsible if this is not possible.
Product description
The descriptions of products serve as indications only. There may be slight variations in schedules, venues and timings. Pictures used in all promotional literature to illustrate products are used as an indication only.
Product conditions
Hongrie Voyage Kft., as a licensed travel agent, uses a number of suppliers and providers. Bookings accepted by Hongrie Voyage Kft. are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers and suppliers. These terms and conditions are available upon request by the client.
Conduct
Personal conduct on all events is expected to be of a good and reasonable standard. This standard is deemed by Hongrie Voyage Kft. and/or its supplier/provider. Hongrie Voyage Kft. and/or its service provider reserve the right to terminate a clients participation or refuse entry if the clients behavior is deemed inappropriate. In such cases Hongrie Voyage Kft. accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred.
Personal safety
Hongrie Voyage Kft. and its providers strive to maintain high standards of safety. However, Hongrie Voyage Kft. cannot provide any guarantee of the suppliers safety or performance standards. Some products offered by Hongrie Voyage Kft. involve an element of risk. Clients accept that they participate in these products at their own risk and will not hold Hongrie Voyage Kft. responsible for any accident, injury, or death. Some providers require participants to sign disclaimers and reserve the right to deem the person unfit for the product. In this case, their judgement is final.
Weather
Some of Hongrie Voyage Kft. activities and products are dependent upon the weather. Hongrie Voyage Kft. will endeavor to re-schedule this product, however, Hongrie Voyage Kft. cannot be held responsible if this is not possible. Hongrie Voyage Kft. cannot be held responsible for cancellation of activities due to adverse weather or mechanical failure.
Lost and stolen property
Hongrie Voyage Kft. will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of personal possessions from our premises or vehicles. Whilst Hongrie Voyage Kft. will strive to ensure the security of guests personal possessions,Hongrie Voyage Kft. cannot guarantee it.
Photography
Our authorized representatives may take photographs and films of our clients while using any Hongrie Voyage Kft. product. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, Hongrie Voyage Kft. reserves the right to use said material for any advertising or promotion without obtaining further consent. Hongrie Voyage Kft. also reserves the right to use any comments clients make, questionnaires or complimentary letters with respect to Hongrie Voyage Kft. or its products in promotional literature without obtaining further consent.
Hongrie Voyage Disclaimer
We try to ensure that the information contained on our website and in our promotional material is accurate and up to date. However, accommodation and supplier information can change and errors can regrettably occur. We reserve the right to amend and/or give notice to any significant changes at the time of booking and recommend that you undertake a level of independent research or speak to one of our travel advisors who should you wish to clarify the information.
Representative Services
Please note we do not have representative services available in every city of Hungary we feature and therefore you will not necessarily be met on arrival. Please ensure that you refer to your itinerary which will provide the appropriate contact details should you need assistance whilst on holiday.
Complaints
In the unlikely event the client has a complaint about any of the product arrangements, the client must raise the complaint immediately with a Hongrie Voyage Kft. employee so that Hongrie Voyage Kft. can strive to rectify the problem. Hongrie Voyage Kft. is not obligated to compensate complaints made after the departure of guests. Hongrie Voyage Kft. liability will be limited to the cost of the sale price of the product.
Acceptance
A payement or deposit paid to Hongrie Voyage Kft. shall be constituted as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Juridiction
Hongrie Voyage Kft. is a Hungarian registered travel and limited liability company, any such disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be dealt by the courts of Budapest.
